COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Walter Titex E3111-41 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wika parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Wesrern-Servo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the EXSSW70255T5SH1Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 52375498 manufactured by Wika and we are pleased to be able to service most Wika systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature bpus232 by Manufacturer Wesrern-Servo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westronics Brand SA100490 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ward-Leonard such as 5DP620300 equipment made by Ward-Leonard have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ward-Leonard products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ward-Leonard" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 15825K1CNNA made by Westinghouse as well as the popular 3006075 original spares produced by Westamp Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 150B3AA1A000 by Watlow and 5DP620300 spares by Ward-Leonard are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4256A10G01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
